Both sweet and spicy top and base notes are carefully balanced with a fresh green burst of Violet Leaf and Fir Needle notes. Together they evoke the past like a photo album.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

 

Click & Collect

Please allow 24 hours for orders to be ready. We will phone you as soon as your order is packed and ready for collection.

If you need your order urgently, please phone us on 038820 8009 prior to purchase to make sure we can accomodate this for you.

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 1-2 days from the time of shipment (for postcodes within the Express post next day delivery network). 

**For peak times please allow 3-4 business days for your express order to be received within Australia.  

Delayed Postage times as a result of COVID-19, Boxing Day Sales or any other high volume occasions for Australia Post fall under peak times. Please consider this fact before placing your order as Martin York cannot take responsibility for delayed delivery times with Australia Post and will therefore not offer refunds for reason of delayed delivery.

Shipping Costs

All orders over the value of $200 are shipped FREE via Express Post, Australia wide.

Australia Wide flat rate shipping of $15 applies to all orders under the value of  $200 via Express Post.

All New Zealand orders over $300 are shipped FREE via Regular International Post.

*All costs are in Australian Dollars. 

Most metropolitan deliveries are received next day, where the order is received between Monday - Friday and prior to midday AEST. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 days depending on your location.

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 7- 30 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.  

All International orders are sent via Australian post, regular post however If you require your order to be sent via International express post please contact us at hello@martinyork.com.au to obtain a freight quote.  

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us hello@martinyork.com.au

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel at www.australiapost.com.au

Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible. We cannot take any responsibility for packages left at the intended address where it may be possible to have the package removed or stolen.

Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate personal delivery requests eg, please take to back door.

Australia Post always endeavours to leave your packages in a safe place.

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

For orders shipping to New Zealand, we use the Australia Post Regular International service.  

All New Zealand orders over $300 are shipped FREE via Regular International Post.

New Zealand orders under $300 will incur a shipping charge of $25 however If shipping weight exceeds 3kg we may be in contact with a shipping surcharge.

Whilst Martin York will process and ship your order within a fast and timely manner we take no responsibility for any delays by freight carriers once your item has left Martin York. 

Deliveries to New Zealand can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

All costs, both product and shipping are in Australian Dollars.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Martin York is more than happy to accommodate our international guests and will ship world wide.qw

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.  All International orders are sent via Australian post, regular post, however If you require your order to be sent via international express post please contact us at hello@martinyork.com.au to receive a freight quote.

International shipping is $60 however If shipping weight exceeds 3kg we may be in contact with a shipping surcharge.

Please note because of this we do not accept PO Boxes delivery address and signature will be required upon delivery.

Whilst Martin York will process and ship your order within a fast and timely manner we take no responsibility for any delays by freight carriers once your item has left Martin York.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

CURRENCY TAXES & DUTY

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. For orders being shipped internationally, Australian GST is removed from the item price.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Because stock quantities update live and in real time, your items should always be available. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at hello@martinyork.com.au immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Martin York accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. 

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

GIFT WRAPPING

All orders arrive packaged in tissue paper with a ribbon which is suitable for gift giving. If you wish to include a hand written card with your gift order, please contact hello@martinyork.com.au immediately after the order has been placed, referencing your order number and the card's message.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your new purchase from us, however we understand that buying online is sometimes hard and we want you to love your new goodies so please read below carefully to establish whether your purchase is eligible for return and steps to follow if criteria is met.

 

ALL return requests need to be emailed to hello@martinyork.com.au within 7 days of placing your order (your actual order date, not the delivery date) with your  order# and reason for return.

(* Changes to Martin York Online returns policy effective 01.01.2024)

All full priced items purchased online (with any other payment merchant apart from Afterpay- see below) can be returned to us for either a refund, credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. 

Instore purchases are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Items which are purchased with AFTERPAY are NOT eligible for a refund. Instead all full price items purchased with AFTERPAY are eligible for credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging and return timeframes have been met.

Once you receive an email back with an RA# and instructions on where to return, your order needs to be back at our boutique within 7 days of your delivery date to be eligible for return, therefore we recommend using an express post service.

Returns received outside this timeframe, without any communication, may be returned to you at your cost. When returning items, make sure to hold onto the tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit back to us.

Requests that don't meet these timeframes will unfortunately be denied so please ensure you are able to meet these requirements prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment.

 

Returning Sale Items OR purchases in a SALE or PROMOTION

We are unable to offer a refund or order cancellation on items purchased on Sale OR in a “Sale event”, (any order with a discount code applied) however, you have the choice of an exchange or credit note if the return timeframes outlined are met.

This excludes (welcome10) code.

If you are unsure what is classified as a "sale event" or "discount code applied" please reach out to us before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

*If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@martinyork.com.au within 1 hour of placing your order as we aim to package up and send your items as soon as your order is confirmed. 

Shipping + Shipping fees

Free express shipping on all orders over $200 AUD within Australia.

All orders under $200 have a $15 express shipping fee or you have the choice of click and collect - please select your shipping option at checkout if your order falls under $200 or we will be in touch via phone or email to collect the shipping.

To avoid disappointment, please try on/unpack your item as soon as you receive it so that you are able to notify us within the 7 day timeframe of our returns policy.

Order Processing Timeframes 

All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be express posted that day.

Australia post endeavours to delivery all their express packages next day but this is not always guaranteed. Please keep this in mind when ordering under tight timeframes. Feel free to phone us on 03 8820 8009 if you wish to discuss your individual needs prior to purchasing.

We dispatch all orders express through Australia Post. Once we hand over your package to Aus Post we have no control over delivery times etc. 

If you have any special delivery instructions or urgency, please pop a note on your order so we can accomodate your request.

In a sale period: Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be dispatched.

Faulty Claims

Whilst we take the utmost care sending your order to you, if for any reason you feel the product you have received may be faulty in any way, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with images and an explanation of what is wrong and we will attend to this as a matter of urgency for you.

Martin York has the right to choose to replace or repair, and in the event none of those options are available, then a refund may be offered once we have been in touch with the specific supplier to assess the fault.

ONLINE RETURN EXCLUSIONS

 JEWELLERY

Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange or return earrings. We can offer a credit note or exchange on bracelets and necklaces.

EYEWEAR

Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange, return or refund eyewear unless assessed faulty.

If you unsure of whether the style will suit you, we recommend popping into our boutique to try on where possible or another stockist closer to you before purchasing.

SWIMWEAR

We cannot return any swimwear for hygiene reasons. If you have any fit or style queries, please reach out to us prior to purchasing

BAGS

Please choose carefully as we cannot refund bags unless assessed faulty. We can offer a credit note only if returns guidelines have been met. Management reserves the right to assess this on a case by case basis.  Please phone our store and speak with management for further guidance here.

How long will it take for my return or refund to be processed?

We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are received, but please allow 2-3 working days. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund, credit or exchange once processed.
