ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Here at Martin York we understand that your purchase may not be suitable and you may need to return your order to us.
This policy applies to all purchases made online at martinyork.com.au only. Please contact us in store for more information about our in store returns policy.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
- The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
- All tags are still attached.
- Contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of placing your order. Please ensure you contact us before sending.
- Your order must be able to be returned to us within 7 days from your delivery date.
- The timeframe of your return is important due to the popularity and seasonal demand of our product. Please note, if we have not heard from you from 7 days of placing your order, we cannot accept your return.
Any returns outside the above terms cannot be accpeted back to our store. Please consider these terms to avoid disspointment.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund or Martin York Credit Note (if all above ciriteria has been met). Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
SALE PERIOD POLICY
Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale (for example a Flash Sale or Black Friday) are only eligible for a credit note or exchange.. Please notify us within 7 days of placing your order as above.
Please consider this before you make your purchase. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Credit Notes are valid for 12months from date of issue.
FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS ON CLEARANCE - All items purchased on sale/clearance at www.martinyork.com.au are not eligable for a return. Please consider this before you make your purchase. If you have any queries about a product before you purchase please phone our boutique on 03 8820 8009.
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.
Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange or return earrings for hygiene reasons.
Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange, return or refund eyewear unless assessed faulty.
No refunds will be issued on bag purchases. Exchanges and credit notes will only be issued once a bag has been returned and assessed that it is in original condition.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN
Step 1: Ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met.

Step 3: State your name, phone number, item returning and reason for return.
Step 4: Await a response of where to send your return.
Step 5: Sending return.
When returning items, please ensure you write your name on the package as per your customer receipt, a copy of your receipt, the item you are returning with ALL tags and packaging. Tags must be attached.
For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost ) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at your cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Martin York is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
