MARTIN YORK EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
You may return or exchange (where available) your Martin York Online Store purchase for any reason, excluding sale items, subject to adherence to these terms.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
Martin York eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any clearence sale items unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
SWIMWEAR & LINGERIE
For all swimwear and lingerie, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. The box must be returned with the shoes.
Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange or return earrings for hygiene reasons.
Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, and are valid for use online and in Martin York stores.
The above policy only applies to the Martin York Online Store. Martin York stores are able to accept returns on items purchased Online.
Online returns must only be sent to the below address in order to be processed. For purchases made in Martin York, no refunds unless required by law; Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 7 days for either credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase. Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds or exchange on sale items unless faulty or required by law. Please visit us in store with your garment unworn and with original packaging and tags. We can arrange an exchange or credit note on the spot for you.
ONLINE RETURN STEPS
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. State your name, phone number, item returning and reason for return.
3. Await a response of where to send your return.
4. Sending returns:
When returning items, please ensure you write your name on the package name as per your customer receipt, a copy of your receipt, the item you are returning with ALL tags and packaging. Tags must be attached.
For all Online returns, please either use a courier company of your choice or mail using registered or express post so tracking is available.
Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL and return your items to;

Express Mail: For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Martin York is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
